Update: the discussion session will begin with a closed, executive session at 3pm followed by an open public meeting at 4pm. The meeting agenda can be found here.

The Board of Aldermen has decided to use their upcoming strategic discussion session for the proposed overlay districts. The purpose of this meeting is to allow the Board of Aldermen an opportunity to ask questions of staff. The discussion session is open to the public, although it is not anticipated that the board will entertain public comments. The meeting will also be recorded and published for viewing. This meeting will not replace the public hearing scheduled for November 12, 2024, which will focus on public comment.
